Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to support hotel operations
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health standards and prevent accidents
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold the quality of guest accommodations
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, beverages, and other supplies in guest rooms and public areas to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain overall hotel hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and custodial supplies is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
