We are looking for a part-time office assistant. This position will be 4–6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. While schedules may vary, the typical working hours will be between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Applicants must be flexible, especially during the initial training period, and be available to come in earlier in the day as needed. Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers, making follow-up calls, scheduling services, entering new customer information, managing customer accounts, tracking service activity, billing support, responding to emails, maintaining accurate records within our computer systems, cleaning the office including but not limited to vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, dusting, and general upkeep, and other office duties as needed.
This position is highly computer-based and requires strong computer skills, the ability to navigate software programs, research information, and work efficiently across multiple systems.
You must be able to communicate well with employees, management, customers, and vendors.
