The Admin Support / Project Information Specialist provides administrative and information management support to USTDA operations, including records management, library holdings maintenance, travel support, onboarding assistance, and conference room/AV support. This is an on-site GS-11 equivalent position requiring a Secret clearance.

Support administrative management and document review activities

Maintain USTDA library holdings databases and inventories

Prepare biannual library analysis reports

Track publication subscriptions and renewal requests

Review grant RFP packages prior to posting

Support onboarding/offboarding activities

Maintain records in SharePoint and TDAMIS

Support travel management compliance

Coordinate conference room setup and AV support

Generate agency reports from information systems

Provide staff training and technical assistance

College degree in business or information management or related certifications

Minimum 7 years of administrative management experience

Active or obtainable Secret clearance

Experience with federal travel regulations required

Experience supporting USTDA or similar civilian agencies

Familiarity with NARA records requirements

Experience with ConcurGov or E2 travel systems

Prior library or document management experience

SharePoint or agency intranet experience
