The Dealer Training Class is designed for individuals with little to no prior casino dealing experience. Attendance at all classes is mandatory. Ongoing scheduling and next steps will be discussed individually after completion of the class.
We are looking for motivated self-starters who are hardworking, passionate about customer service, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
Tipped position starts after training!
Enjoy tips that typically range between $18 and $30 per hour.

Training pay: $15/hour
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Approximately 32 hours per week ($480 per week)

Over $1,900 available for two weeks of training

4 weeks of training for Blackjack and pit games

Additional paid orientation and on-the-job training ($15/hour)
