Job Title: Mobility Repair Technician

Role Overview
BEPC Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mobility Repair Technician to support device configuration, repair, and deployment operations for a leading customer in Charlotte, NC. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical experience working with handheld and mobility devices in a fast-paced production or depot environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the flexibility to support multiple operational areas while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and repair handheld mobility devices for customer use.
- Support all phases of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.
- Work with devices from manufacturers including Honeywell, Samsung, Apple, and Zebra.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical repairs on mobility equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, cycle time reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment while also working independently when needed.
- Assist other departments and operational areas as business needs require.
- Support rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification in electronics, repair, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience configuring, troubleshooting, or repairing mobility devices or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of mobility device standards and repair processes preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.

- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET
