We're looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Associate (ISA) who thrives on the phone and knows how to turn conversations into booked appointments for our agents.
What You'll Do
- Re-engage and nurture warm leads via phone, text, and CRM in English and Spanish
- Set qualified appointments for agents and manage a smooth handoff
- Follow up consistently to keep leads engaged over time
- Build instant rapport and uncover client motivation
- Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Accurately track conversations and follow-ups in the CRM
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting goals
What We're Looking For
- Fluent and very strong spoken English (required)
- Fluent Spanish (required)
- Proven experience converting phone leads into appointments
- Zillow Flex experience strongly preferred
- Excellent phone presence, listening skills, and sales confidence
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently or in a team setting
- Experience using CRMs and lead management systems
