Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our team! In this leadership role, you will oversee and guide the overall clinical operations of the nursing department, ensuring residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Plan, organize, and direct all clinical operations within the nursing department.

Maintain expert knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to resident care and departmental operations.

Develop and implement engaging resident wellness programs in collaboration with the Life Enrichment Director.

Ensure accurate, timely, and organized documentation of resident records and care information.

Prepare resident charge reports for review and approval by leadership for billing purposes.

Conduct or oversee resident assessments prior to move-in, annually, and as conditions change.

Develop Individual Service Plans (ISPs), including initial plans within 72 hours of move-in, comprehensive updates within 30 days, and annual or as-needed revisions.

Oversee and ensure quality of care provided by the nursing team across the community.

Investigate and resolve resident and family concerns related to clinical services, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.

Participate in ongoing professional development, including a minimum of 12 hours of annual training relevant to the resident population.
- Strong clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or a similar healthcare setting.

Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and resident care standards.
