As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve their fullest potential. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active, valid Virginia SLP license (required)

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome

Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to adapt to multiple locations within the district

Must be available to work onsite only
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs

Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other service providers within multidisciplinary teams

Document and track student progress, maintaining detailed records

Participate in meetings, consultations, and family communications to support student success
