Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in the staffing industry to join our expanding team. This pivotal role involves leading business development initiatives, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales within the staffing or technology sectors, demonstrating expertise in negotiation, account management, and enterprise selling.
In this role, you’ll focus on high-volume outbound sales outreach, appointment setting, and pipeline development while also supporting the full sales cycle—including prospecting, discovery meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence within the staffing industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing tailored staffing solutions.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, closing deals effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Maintain a deep understanding of technology sales and software solutions relevant to staffing needs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales environment.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the staffing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, enterprise selling, and B2B sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze market data effectively and develop strategic action plans.

Pay: $63,049.95 - $75,931.12 per year
