Responsibilities
As a bubble Tea Barista, your duties may include:
- Preparing specialty beverages, milk teas, fruit drinks, and frozen beverages according to recipes
- Portioning ingredients and maintaining beverage preparation stations
- Cooking and serving menu items such as bubble waffles, fries, chicken, and other offerings
- Greeting customers, answering questions, and processing transactions
- Restocking ingredients, cups, packaging, and other supplies as needed
- Assisting with inventory organization and retrieving products from storage areas
- Completing opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including food preparation areas, customer areas, restrooms, equipment, and refrigeration units
- Washing dishes, utensils, pitchers, and other preparation equipment
- Taking out trash and supporting general store upkeep
What to Expect
This position involves a combination of customer service, food preparation, beverage production, and cleaning. Team members should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, remaining on their feet for extended periods, and adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.
Evening and weekend availability is preferred. Scheduled shifts may extend until 10:00 PM or midnight.

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist teammates
- Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous café, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus but not required
