Rising Current Management is seeking an Entry-Level Verizon Sales Representative in Santa Maria to help customers discover wireless connectivity and home communication solutions. This Entry-Level Verizon Sales Representative role is ideal for candidates who enjoy connecting with customers and will be introducing customers to Verizon’s 5G network and unlimited wireless plans.
As an Entry-Level Verizon Sales Representative, you’ll receive sales training to excel in sales and customer support. The Entry-Level Verizon Sales Representative connects with customers in person to understand their connectivity needs, whether it's upgrading to a new smartphone or switching to a Verizon wireless plan, and presents sales solutions that deliver reliable coverage and value.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Verizon Sales Representative
- Engage with customers face-to-face in sales conversations that introduce Verizon 5G phones, wireless plans, and home connectivity solutions.
- Guide customers through the full sales process from initial conversation to completion
- Break down 5G speeds, device options, and plan benefits in everyday terms that support confident sales choices.
- Assist customers with enrollment steps, ensuring accurate information and a smooth start to their Verizon 5G experience.
- Conduct follow‑ups with interested households to clarify details and move them closer to a comfortable sales decision.
- Maintain organized sales records with fellow Entry-Level Verizon Sales Representatives to track progress toward sales targets.
- Provide feedback to leadership to refine Verizon’s 5G sales strategy.
Qualifications of the Entry-Level Verizon Sales Representative
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into recommendations.
- Steady, solution‑focused mindset when guiding customers through plan upgrades.
- Quick learner who absorbs Verizon 5G updates, promotions, and device changes.
Entry-Level Verizon Sales Representative Overview:
This position is a full-time employment position located in Santa Maria, CA. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.
- Pay: 100% commission - $80-$250 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with Verizon, promoting and signing up new customers and businesses for their wireless 5G and internet services
- Location: Santa Maria, CA
