HHA / CNA Field Support – Full-Time
$22/hour | Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week | Weekly Pay
Looking for a dependable HHA or CNA who wants full-time hours with flexibility in their schedule.
This role is primarily field-based, covering caregiver call-outs and supporting new client starts. When field coverage is not needed, you’ll work in the office to complete your guaranteed hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Cover caregiver call-outs and open shifts (days, evenings, weekends, or overnights)
- Take the first shift for new client starts
- Support urgent staffing needs across the service area
- Work in the office when there are no field shifts assigned
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Manager on weekly coverage planning
- Represent BrightStar Care in the field and help maintain quality care standards

Requirements:
- Strong HHA experience with hands-on personal care (transfers, bathing, mobility assistance) required — CNA preferred
- Valid driver’s license & insured car (insurance can be under another name)
- CPR/BLS Certified (American Heart Association or Red Cross only) — can be obtained during onboarding
- TB Test & Physical (within 1 year) — can be completed during onboarding
- Strong reliability, flexibility, and responsive to scheduling needs
Important:
This role requires availability to work any assigned shift, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
Guaranteed hours are fulfilled through a combination of field shifts and assigned office time.
