Alpine Gold Exchange is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our New Hampshire branch. This position combines sales, customer service, marketing, community engagement, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and capable of building strong relationships with both customers and team members while driving branch growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Build customer relationships, educate clients on precious metals services, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining trust, integrity, and professionalism.
Branch Operations
- Manage daily branch operations, including opening/closing procedures, transactions, deposits, inventory audits, and member service requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth.
Business Development & Community Engagement
- Develop local marketing initiatives, generate leads, and build relationships within the community.
- Track and improve outreach and business development efforts.
Culture & Performance
- Uphold company values and sound money principles.
- Analyze branch performance, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications Required
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Strong sales and/or customer service background.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical business practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, precious metals, or a related industry.
- Existing professional network or proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience working with legal, political, civic, or community organizations.
- Established network within New Hampshire.
