- Creates comprehensive and accurate collision repair estimates using industry-standard software.

Performs thorough automotive damage assessments to identify all necessary repairs and parts.

Ensures all estimates and repair plans comply with Pennsylvania Insurance Regulations.

Manages and processes Insurance Claims Processing, communicating effectively with adjusters and customers.

Provides exceptional Customer Service, explaining repair procedures, costs, and timelines clearly and empathetically.

Applies extensive Automotive Repair Knowledge to determine appropriate repair methods and materials.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in auto collision estimation.

Experience working directly with insurance companies on claims.
- Proficiency in Collision Repair Estimation software and practices.

Thorough understanding of Pennsylvania Insurance Regulations related to collision repair.
