Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, or MFT in Missouri) or pre-licensed therapist who:
- Has a specialty in couples therapy (or wants to develop one—we’ll pay for training!)
- Has an additional specialty (or interest) in either: maternal mental health, teens and young adult therapy, or EMDR or somatic work.
- Can commit to two evenings per week (until 7 PM) or a weekend slot
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, low-stress environment
- Wants to focus on therapy instead of admin work
What Your Role Looks Like:
- Provide individual and couples therapy in a self-pay private practice
- Complete clinical notes (without overwhelming paperwork!)
- Attend monthly case consultation meetings (no pointless meetings—just growth-focused discussions!)
