Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, people-focused Onsite Supervisor You will also assist in client catering logistics and serve as the primary onsite contact for both employees and management.
2nd shift
3pm - 11:30pm + overtime and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the staffing agency, ensuring excellent customer service and responsiveness.
- Coordinate with the client on daily and weekly staffing needs, including scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and training new hires.
- Add new starts to the time clock system and ensure daily timekeeping is accurate.
- Collect and verify timesheets for payroll processing; resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
- Conduct daily check-ins with employees to monitor attendance, performance, and engagement.
- Address issues related to conduct, performance, or attendance promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to support both employees and client supervisors.
- Perform regular safety walkthroughs and report any concerns; manage injury reports and follow-up processes.
- Ensure catering or shift support orders (if applicable) are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
- Track and report key metrics including headcount, attendance, recruiting progress, and safety compliance through daily and weekly reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in staffing or similar workforce management role required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Proficient with timekeeping systems and basic payroll processes.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
