Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + 10-15% Bonus + Relocation Allowance
Founded in 1986, we are a leading Arizona mechanical contractor with approximately 200 employees specializing in HVAC, piping, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, service, and construction solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, and mission-critical clients. We are continuing to expand our electrical operations and are seeking a proven leader to help drive performance, profitability, and long-term growth. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Division Manager to oversee all aspects of electrical operations, including project execution, financial performance, workforce development, safety, quality, and strategic planning. This role will work closely with executive leadership while leading Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel across multiple projects.
What You Will Be Doing

Lead all electrical division operations, including project execution, manpower planning, and team development

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, job costing, profitability, and divisional financial performance

Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel across multiple active projects

Ensure all work meets safety, quality, scheduling, and code compliance standards

Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives, staffing, and operational improvements

Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key project stakeholders
What You Need for This Position
-
8+ years of electrical construction or MEP experience
-
3+ years in a Division Manager, Operations Manager, Director, or similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, construction practices, and MEP coordination

Experience managing budgets, forecasting, job costing, and P&L performance

Proven ability to lead project teams, field operations, and workforce development initiatives

Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures
