Our team works with commercial and custom home builders to site prep, install drainage systems, and complete landscape installations for homes and communities throughout the region.

About the Position
This is a hybrid role that combines irrigation work with general landscape construction and maintenance responsibilities.
Approximately half of your time will be focused on irrigation installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and system maintenance. The remainder of your time will be spent working alongside our landscape construction and maintenance crews on a variety of projects.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working outdoors, and taking pride in quality workmanship.
Irrigation Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues
- Install and maintain irrigation systems and components
- Replace and adjust sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and wiring
- Troubleshoot leaks, coverage issues, and system malfunctions
- Perform seasonal startup and winterization services
- Assist with drainage installations and water management projects
General Crew Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching
- Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and sod
- Assisting with landscape construction projects
- Installing drainage systems and landscape features
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Supporting the team wherever needed to complete projects efficiently
Equipment We Operate
- Hitachi 85U & 50U Excavators
- Bobcat T590 & T64 Skid Steers
- MT100 Mini Skid Steers
- Gravely Commercial Mowers (stand-up, sit-down, and walk-behind)
- Various heavy equipment attachments and power tools
Qualifications
- Previous irrigation installation or repair experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation systems
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors year-round
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
