Referral Network Development
Build and manage an “A List” of high-potential referral sources
Identify and develop new relationships within the healthcare community
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact records in our systems
Relationship Building & Networking
Cultivate strong professional relationships through consistent outreach
Attend networking events and represent Firefly Home Care in the community
Coordinate and participate in marketing initiatives and on-site events
Client Intake & Assessments
Respond to client inquiries and guide families through care options
Conduct in-home assessments to identify client needs
Secure signed service agreements and initiate care plans
Partner with Care Managers on consultations, transitioning to independent assessments
Care Coordination & Retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth start of care
Conduct hospital visits and maintain ongoing client relationships
Complete 1-month follow-ups and communicate insights with Care Coordinators
Required:
Preferred:
3+ years of healthcare sales experience
Active healthcare license (RN, OT, PT, NP, PA, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Self-motivated with high accountability
Resilient, goal-oriented, and adaptable
Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
Volume: Inquiry calls, assessments, and client admissions
Efficiency: Conversion rates and client hours
Retention: Client satisfaction, length of service, and discharge rates
Utilization: Weekly service hours
