As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children and their families in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our team is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that focus on improving communication, social skills, independence, personal hygiene, and more.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Collaborate with the treatment team to set goals and develop strategies to meet client needs
Accurately record and maintain client data, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements:
Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or a related field) preferred
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy principles and practices
Ability to work effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds
Strong communication and teamwork skills
