We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations at Pizza Boys. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring food quality, and delivering a strong customer experience. This role requires someone who leads from the front, stays organized during busy shifts, and takes full ownership of the store’s performance.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including kitchen, front counter, and delivery coordination.
Ensure consistent food quality, proper preparation, and adherence to company standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle concerns professionally.
Monitor sales and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination to control costs.
Maintain cleanliness and full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Recruit, train, and schedule employees to ensure proper staffing levels.
Build a strong, accountable, and positive team environment.
Open and close the store as needed and ensure smooth operations.
Manage labor costs and create efficient schedules.
Control waste, shrinkage, and portioning.
Handle cash management, deposits, and reporting.
Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
Work alongside the team during peak hours to maintain speed and quality.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations (management experience preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and POS system familiarity.
ServSafe certification (required).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
