Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while maintaining health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and ingredient assembly under supervision
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dining spaces to maintain a hygienic and organized environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures consistently
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring clean dishes and equipment are always available during service
- Assist with general kitchen organization and daily cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
