We are looking for a highly experienced HVAC technician or contractor to handle HVAC work at residential properties throughout Texas. This is not an entry-level or helper position. We need someone who can independently diagnose problems, recommend solutions, purchase or source equipment and parts, and complete major repairs and replacements.
Work may include:
- Diagnosing residential HVAC system issues
- Purchasing or sourcing condensers, compressors, air handlers, furnaces, and other equipment
- Replacing condensers and complete HVAC systems
- Performing refrigerant work, electrical troubleshooting, and major repairs
- Coordinating equipment delivery and installation
- Providing estimates before beginning work
- Sending photos, invoices, and completion reports
- Traveling to properties in different areas of Texas
Candidates must have substantial residential HVAC experience, reliable transportation, their own tools, and any licenses or certifications required to purchase refrigerant, equipment, and perform HVAC work in Texas.
This is an as-needed, part-time opportunity, ideal for an experienced HVAC professional or licensed contractor looking for additional weekend or side work. Jobs and travel will be scheduled in advance, and compensation will depend on the scope of work and travel required.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
