Your Role:
As an Estimator, you’ll play a vital part in our success by creating detailed, competitive, and accurate project estimates that drive profitability and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Estimates: Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with technical and client requirements.
- Analyze Project Documents: Review blueprints and specifications to determine scope, materials, and labor needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates align with project goals.
- Conduct Site Assessments: Perform on-site evaluations and detailed takeoffs to gather precise data.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clients and vendors to secure competitive pricing and understand project needs.
- Drive Process Improvements: Enhance the estimating process to maintain competitiveness and improve outcomes.
