Manufacturing Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee production projects from planning through execution. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and safety standards. The position requires strong organizational skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact production schedules or quality.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, reports, and updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
