Grau Law Group, PLLC has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation. Our practice primarily focuses on personal injury defense, including matters involving catastrophic loss, construction litigation, professional liability, and business litigation. A strong litigation background—whether in these or related areas—is highly valued. We are frequently retained by insurers to represent our clients, so experience with insurance defense is a plus.
- We are looking for a dependable team player who demonstrates attention to detail, focus, and a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a law firm setting is required.

- Primary Responsibilities, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- · Minimum of 5 years as a Legal Secretary/Legal Administrative Assistant
- · E-filing with State and Federal Courts
- · Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- · Calendaring and Tasking in Microsoft Outlook
- · Assist in preparation for depositions, mediations, and trials
- · Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- · Copying, scanning, and faxing
- · Greeting guests and managing conference rooms for meetings

- Requirements:
- · Minimum of 5 years as a Legal Secretary/Legal Administrative Assistant
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook (emails/tasks/calendars)
- · Proficiency with eFiling / eService
- · Proficiency with transcription of dictation.
- · Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize work and multi-task
- · Ability to manage multiple cases
