Work Overview
We are looking for a Therapy Manager who will be responsible for managing daily operations of assigned territory and staff. Serves as the primary resource to designated clinicians on matter including but not limited to: therapist productivity, therapist and parental grievances, training new hires, managing office supplies, materials and budget. The Therapy Manager also serves as the primary resource to designated staff on matters including but not limited to scheduling and caseloads. The Therapy Manager is also responsible for the overall growth of the clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities

Oversees the day tot day operations of the assigned staff members and territory

Monitors productivity of clinicians such as, weekly schedules, manages call ins and patient coverage, and communicates with administration to make sure productivity is being met

Maintains clinical caseload and productivity

Serves as the main point of contact for designated admin staff

Manages therapist schedules and PTO requests

Serves as the first point of contact for parental, clinician and admin grievances. Resolves with budget staff for orders needing to be made

Trains new hires and completes orientation periods for clinicians and admin staff
Benefits
Benefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week. Full time employees are eligible for benefits at 90 days of employment.

Requirements
-
Associates/Bachelor's/Master's or Doctoral Degree in related therapy field
-
Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients
-
Experience managing a team
-
Great customer service skills
