Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Thermoforming Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining thermoforming equipment used to produce high-quality plastic products. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety protocols, and consistent product quality. Duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming machines to produce plastic components according to specifications.
- Adjust machine parameters and troubleshoot equipment issues using engineering troubleshooting skills and knowledge of industrial equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurements to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, including press brake machines, CNC lathes, robotic systems, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling techniques, ensuring proper storage and inventory control in the warehouse environment.
- Document production data accurately, including measurements, machine settings, and defect reports for quality control purposes.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, adhering to all safety guidelines during machine operation and materials handling activities.
Experience
- Proven experience operating thermoforming or plastics production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and press brake machines.
- Hands-on experience with plastics blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or related plastics manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with robotic systems used in automated manufacturing settings.
- Ability to perform precision machining tasks and use measurement tools for quality inspection.
- Warehouse experience including materials handling with forklifts is preferred.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machine operation and quality assurance.

Pay: $20.15 - $26.00 per hour
