This is a Virtual/ Mobile position but Agents must live in Southwest Florida and have a Florida Real Estate License in order to meet and service clients. Duties
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to attract potential buyers and sellers.
- Assist clients through every step of the real estate transaction process, from listing consultations to closing negotiations, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers confidently while maintaining the best interests of clients in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction files with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely progress on transactions.
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, legal requirements including real estate law, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance.
Qualifications
- Must Reside in Southwest Florida
- Must have a Florida Real Estate License
- Proven experience in real estate sales is most preferred; strong organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively support our clients.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to real estate including digital advertising and multilingual outreach is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases.
- Deep understanding of customer service principles to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Familiarity with real estate law ensures compliance and smooth transactions.
- Prior experience with real estate administrative tasks such as documentation processing, scheduling, and record-keeping is beneficial.
