Scoop Shoppe Manager – Negranti Creamery
Position Summary
The Scoop Shoppe Manager for is responsible for the daily operations and overall performance
of the Negranti Creamery scoop shoppe. This role ensures a consistently excellent customer
experience, maintains high standards of cleanliness and product presentation, and leads a well-
trained, high-performing, and engaged team. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling,
hiring, driving sales, coaching, performance management, marketing, managing and
coordinating events, and, when necessary, termination (with consultation). The manager
oversees the financial management of labor costs, food costs, expenses, inventory and product
ordering, cash handling and deposits, and ensures compliance with all company policies and
health and safety regulations. This position requires proactive leadership, hands-on problem
solving, and a strong commitment to both team culture and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience and Brand Representation
Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every
guest.
Ensure the team delivers consistent, high-quality service aligned with Negranti
Creamery’s core values.
Handle customer feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused
approach.
Monitors and measures Google reviews, loyalty participation, and company guest
feedback forums.
Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-branded environment that reflects our commitment
to quality and care.
Promote customer engagement, community connection, and local brand loyalty.
Team leadership and Staff Development
Hire, train, and schedule scoop shoppe team members to provide excellent service that
represents the Negranti Creamery brand and standards.
Provide regular coaching, support, and accountability to ensure high team performance.
Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
Engage in positive and productive communications with team members.
Manage employee concerns and terminations in consultation with leadership.
Lead team meetings, encourage open communication, and recognize achievements.
Creates an internal pipeline for potential shift leads, events staff, supervisors, and future
manager candidates.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all Company standards are maintained at the highest
level, including adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards (daily, weekly,
monthly).
Train, monitor, and maintain recipe compliance.
Manage inventory and place timely orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
Execute and monitor opening and closing checklists and procedures as prescribed.
Ensure equipment is maintained for proper functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
Effectively manage labor and monitor product usage to meet budget and efficiency
goals.
Manage and coordinate all event and catering activities.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors, ensuring all invoices are sent
in for prompt payment.
Correctly executes all employee orientations and HR management activities with
partnership of the leadership team.
Brand Ambassador for Negranti Creamery.
Financial and Administrative Management
Ensure accurate cash handling, daily reconciliations, and bank deposits.
Track and report on sales, labor, and operational performance.
Maintain accurate staff records and manage the timekeeping and scheduling process.
Assist with implementing new procedures, policies, or systems as directed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Responsible for bottom line performance and profitability of the Shoppe.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs.).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and below-normal temperatures.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolutions skills.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $46,000.00 per year
