About the Role
As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a pivotal role in our precision manufacturing operations by configuring and operating advanced machinery to create high-tolerance components. Your technical expertise in G-code programming and Fanuc controls will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality parts for critical sectors like aerospace and medical technology.
Responsibilities-
Configure and operate 2 and 3-axis CNC horizontal lathes to meet rigorous production schedules.

Translate complex engineering blueprints and GD&T specifications into high-precision finished components.

Optimize production workflows by managing bar feeding systems and performing efficient machine changeovers.

Ensure part integrity by utilizing advanced measuring instruments to verify first-piece and ongoing production dimensions.

Collaborate within a high-performance team to maintain equipment reliability and process consistency.

Uphold strict quality standards to ensure every component meets exact customer requirements.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment.

Proficiency in G-code programming and operating Fanuc-controlled equipment.

Strong ability to interpret technical blueprints and apply GD&T standards.

Demonstrated success in using precision gages and measurement tools.

U.S. Person status as required by industry regulations.
