Administrative Assistant / Showing Agent
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping prospective tenants find their next home.
Responsibilities
- Show available rental properties to prospective tenants.
- Greet clients, tenants, and visitors professionally.
- Answer phones, emails, and tenant inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Prepare correspondence, listings, and leasing documents.
- Process applications and maintain tenant files.
- Assist with rent payments, late charges, and general office tasks.
- Support the property management team with daily administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Property management experience is a plus.
- Criminal background check and credit check required.
Inspection Coordinator
We're seeking someone who enjoys working independently while helping maintain the quality of our managed properties.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct move-in, move-out, renewal, and routine property inspections.
- Coordinate inspection appointments with tenants.
- Document inspection findings with notes and photos.
- Communicate findings to property owners and the maintenance team.
- Coordinate follow-up repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inspection records.
- Monitor lease compliance and property conditions.
Qualifications
- Property management or inspection experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Android-based mobile devices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of property maintenance is a plus.
