Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Are you looking for a meaningful career that will lead to a positive impact in the lives of others? Do you enjoy working with children and their families? The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an entry level position where you can train on the job, while working flexible, part- time hours.
RBTs implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children with autism and related exceptionalities. Encompass Therapies is currently seeking qualified individuals to work under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide in-home, community based, and school based ABA services for families with children on the autism spectrum.
Treatment programs are designed and and provided frequent supervision and support by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will be provided with extensive initial and ongoing training throughout your career with us.

We are an ABA company that provides behavioral services in-school and in-home. We provide direct services in the areas such as Smith Station, AL, Sanford, AL, Dadeville, AL, Reeltown, AL, Fort Moore, GA, and Columbus, GA.

We are looking for:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree Graduates (Preferred)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Non-RBTs
- Flexible part-time hours—Open 7 days a week to work more hours!
- In-home therapists
- Motivated and enthusiastic personalities
***A Level II background check will be required for this position.
