Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests enthusiastically to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Process cash transactions accurately ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing.
- Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Manage bar inventory efficiently by monitoring stock levels,,and minimizing waste.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests.
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred;
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and beverage recipe adjustments.
