Warehouse / Millwork / Woodshop Associate

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the woodworking industry preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools, including drills and saws
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with team members to complete assigned projects
- Perform basic woodworking tasks such as trimming, shaping, sanding, and finishing materials
- Safely operate woodworking equipment including routers, sanders, finishers, band saws, and other shop tools
- Operate power tools according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines
- Safely move, load, and organize materials using a forklift
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures
