We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Transport Driver to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This position is responsible for operating and transporting heavy equipment to and from job sites while maintaining safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
Transport heavy machinery and equipment (e.g., skid steers, excavators, and loaders) to and from job sites
Securely load and unload equipment using proper tie-down and safety procedures
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer inspections
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
Maintain accurate load tickets and delivery documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatch and project managers
Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
Provide professional, courteous service representing the company
Assist with minor labor tasks or equipment handling as needed
Valid Florida Driver’s License (CDL Class A Required)
Knowledge of load securement and equipment transport safety practices
Familiar with Tampa Bay area
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
