Business Development Representative – Restoration & Construction
Location: Denver Metro (Highlands Ranch, Denver Metro Area, Littleton)
A rapidly growing restoration and full-service general contracting company is expanding in the Denver market and hiring a Business Development Representative immediately. Backed by private equity and fresh leadership focused on aggressive growth, the company is scaling from $16M–$18M to $60M+ — creating real opportunity for high performers to build a strong book of business and grow with the organization.
About the Role This is a true hunter role focused on building relationships and generating new business across the Denver metro area. You’ll work closely with leadership and sales management while also tapping into existing warm leads and referral channels. What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with property managers, healthcare facilities, schools, churches, and commercial clients
- Drive new business through in-person prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Manage and grow a defined territory in the Denver metro area
- Leverage warm leads while actively developing new opportunities
- Represent a company known for being “a customer service company that does restoration”
- Hit $2M+ in revenue targets within your first year
What We’re Looking For
- Outside sales or business development experience (restoration, construction, or related industries preferred)
- Open to candidates inside or outside the industry with strong local relationships
- Hunter mentality with strong follow-up and accountability
- Professional presence and strong communication skills
- Ability to build long-term, referral-based relationships
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65K – $80K + uncapped commission (2.5% – 4%)
