Embarcadero 41, a high-volume Peruvian–Nikkei fusion restaurant located in Las Olas, is seeking talented, experienced, and passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing team.
We are looking for candidates with strong hospitality skills and knowledge of Peruvian cuisine, wine, cocktails, sales, and guest service.
Experience in high-volume restaurants is strongly preferred.
Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Part-time and full-time positions available.

Front of House Positions

Bussers
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Must be able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Pay: $15.00 per hour
