We are a family-owned fine jewelry boutique specializing in custom jewelry design and a carefully curated collection of fine jewelry. We are seeking a sales-driven, highly organized, and proactive consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying busy, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. If you thrive in a boutique environment, love building lasting client relationships, and are motivated by sales and personal growth, we’d love to meet you.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven sales experience is required. Fine jewelry experience is preferred, but not required. We’re equally excited to train someone with exceptional sales ability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn the fine jewelry industry.
* A true self-starter who proactively looks for ways to contribute—whether that’s following up with clients, maintaining the sales floor, organizing inventory, or supporting daily operations.
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to guide clients through meaningful, high-value purchases.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients, repairs, and priorities simultaneously.
* A polished, professional presence and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional client experience while guiding customers through custom jewelry projects and our fine jewelry collections.
* Build long-term client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and personalized service.
* Assist with jewelry and watch repair intake, ensuring accuracy and clear communication throughout the process.
* Maintain an organized, beautifully presented, and sales-ready boutique.
* Support inventory organization and day-to-day boutique operations.
* Stay engaged on the sales floor, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute to sales.
