About the Role
Are you passionate about helping seniors and their families while driving meaningful results? We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Director to join our leadership team.
In this role, you will lead occupancy growth through strategic marketing, community outreach, and exceptional customer service. You will build strong referral partnerships, guide families through the transition into senior living, and collaborate with our leadership team to create a seamless move-in experience. What You'll DoSales & Occupancy Growth
- Develop and execute the community's annual sales and marketing plan.
- Drive occupancy by cultivating new referral sources and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Track referrals, tours, move-ins, and conversion rates while developing strategies to achieve census goals.
- Maintain accurate weekly sales reports and referral activity.
- Follow up promptly with prospective residents and families to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Community Outreach & Business Development
- Build lasting relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, home health agencies, hospice providers, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and community organizations.
- Coordinate educational presentations, open houses, and marketing events that increase community awareness.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive research.
Resident & Family Experience
- Provide compassionate guidance to prospective residents and families throughout the decision-making process.
- Coordinate the admission process and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure timely referral reviews and a smooth move-in experience.
- Maintain consistent communication with referral partners and families throughout the transition.
Strategic Planning
- Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop creative marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and community reputation.
- Collaborate with leadership to support occupancy goals and long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or related sales and marketing required.
- Demonstrated success achieving occupancy, census, or sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems and analyzing sales metrics preferred.
- Knowledge of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Supportive Living, Skilled Nursing, or other healthcare services preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
