Premier World Discovery is seeking a Group Sales Coordinator
If you have good customer service and computer skills, travel industry experience and enjoy working in a fun fast paced environment then this position may be for you.
As a Group Sales Coordinator you will:
- Customize group promotional flyers
- Service incoming calls & emails from clients
- Book & handle customer reservations & payments
- Update the company’s client data base
- Work in a team environment
A Customer Service Coordinator must have:
- Customer service skills
- A flexible nature & team player mentality
- Strong email & Verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail & organizational skills
- Ability to multitask & meet deadlines
- Industry experience (a plus not required)
- A bachelor's degree (a plus not required)
