Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Project & Field Coordinator to join our growing team, with an office located in Long Island City, NY (Queens). This hybrid role involves overseeing field operations, supporting project execution, and ensuring smooth logistical coordination from start to finish. You'll work closely with both our field and office teams, playing a key part in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Monitor and manage construction project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Oversee field staff, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Run essential errands to support the team and site operations.
- Track construction hours and timecards accurately.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding/training.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Must be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
- Valid driver's license and experience driving a sprinter van (large vehicle).
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude with the crew, even under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
