We are looking for a Deskside Technician II for an Engineering Company!
Job Details:
- Onsite role in 11401 Lamar Ave, Overland Park, KS 66211
- 5-month contract role
- W2 Employment
- Payrate negotiable upon interview
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Windows 10
- Expertise with Windows 11
- Demonstrated experience with non-standard Software Installation
- Demonstrated experience loading computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scripts
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during build process
- Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
- Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
- Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
- Strong technical and communication ability to explain to end-users about refresh processes, including ability to help configure and sync refreshed computer
- Flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to plan
- High organizational ability and detailed oriented
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes
- Demonstrated ability to document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Experience:
- IT support: 3 years (Required)
- Imaging Devices: 2 years (Required)
- Hardware Support: 2 years (Required)
