We’re seeking a motivated Late Night Marketer/Street Team Member to energize our brand presence during evening hours. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with diverse audiences, showcase products, and create memorable experiences that boost brand awareness. Hours Friday and Saturday 10PM-3AM and then one shift during the week in the dispensary.
Responsibilities
- Promote products and brand messaging at various nightlife venues, events, and public spaces during late-night hours
- Distribute promotional materials to attract attention and generate interest
- Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, in-person interactions and exceptional customer service
- Collect valuable data from event attendees to support marketing strategies and outreach efforts
- Represent the brand professionally, ensuring consistent messaging and positive public perception
- Handle sales objections confidently, guiding potential customers toward positive outcomes while maintaining enthusiasm
- Handling product and recommending product while in store while trying to upsell.
Experience
- Proven ability in event marketing or street team roles that involve promoting products in public settings
- Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities preferred to connect with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with data collection methods and customer relationship building techniques
- Knowledge of retail store product details and branding strategies to effectively promote offerings
- Excellent public speaking skills combined with confident in-person customer service capabilities

- - Strong sales skills to promote products and upsell when appropriate
- - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and track inventory.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all customers.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other languages, is a plus.
