Location: West Contra Costa (Richmond, CA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Language Requirement: Bilingual Spanish/English (Required)
The ABA Center Manager will oversee daily operations at our Richmond center, working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a professional, welcoming environment for clients, families, and staff. Prior experience in a managerial role within an ABA or behavioral health setting is strongly preferred.
- Oversee center operations, scheduling, and staff coverage

Support client intake, enrollment, and overall family experience

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulations

Maintain facility standards, inventory, and center organization

Supervise staff, support performance management, and collaborate with Clinical Managers

Track operational metrics and provide regular reports
- Bachelor's degree (Required)

Spanish fluency (Required)

3+ years of management experience in a clinical or ABA setting (preferred)

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid Driver's License
