Equitable Builds LLC is looking for an experienced residential remodeling carpenter to join our team. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom, basement, addition, and whole-home renovations throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Pay
● $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
● Full-time
● Overtime opportunities available

What You’ll Do
Every day is different. You’ll work alongside a skilled team performing a variety of remodeling tasks, including:
● Demolition
● Rough and finish carpentry
● Framing
● Door and window installation
● Cabinet installation
● Trim and finish work
● Drywall hanging and repairs
● Flooring installation
● Tile installation
● Painting and punch list work
● Minor plumbing and electrical tasks
● General remodeling and job site support
● Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
What We’re Looking For
● 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience preferred
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Strong attention to detail
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
● Reliable transportation
● Valid driver’s license
● Able to lift 75+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
● Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely
● Able to read a tape measure and complete work accurately
● Team player who communicates well and takes pride in quality craftsmanship
