What You’ll Do
- Work directly alongside the Executive Chef and leadership team.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations while contributing to menu execution and quality standards.
- Monitor food cost, labor, and waste to improve financial performance.
- Mentor and train staff across departments to raise the level of service and hospitality.
- Step into a leadership role that blends hands-on cooking with operational strategy.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
