Warehouse Manager / Delivery Driver
Air Mechanical & Service Corp. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Manager / Delivery Driver to support our operations in Tallahassee, FL. This position combines warehouse management responsibilities with delivery duties, making it ideal for someone who is organized, safety-focused, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Driving Duties:
- Safely operate company vehicles while completing assigned delivery routes
- Follow all safety best practices both on the road and during loading/unloading
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, and team members to coordinate timely deliveries
- Meet delivery deadlines and maintain accurate schedules
- Track shipments and maintain delivery documentation
- Obtain customer signatures and ensure proper completion of delivery paperwork
- Perform routine vehicle checks and basic truck maintenance
Warehouse & Operations Duties:
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packing and labeling
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization
- Support daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery driving preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
