Job Description
This position is responsible for providing hands-on maintenance and repair support across commercial office/warehouse facilities and residential properties. The role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and physical tasks.
Responsibilities

Perform general building and property repairs across commercial and residential properties.

Perform minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, leaks, and fixture replacements.

Handle basic electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixtures, switches, outlets, and batteries.

Complete drywall patching, painting, and general wall repairs.

Repair doors, locks, hinges, cabinets, and other hardware.

Perform HVAC filter replacement and basic HVAC maintenance and inspections.

Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain recurring maintenance schedules.

Troubleshoot basic building and property issues.

Perform exterior property upkeep and minor repairs.

Inspect properties and identify maintenance or repair needs.

Work professionally in occupied offices and residences.
Requirements

5+ years of broad maintenance experience.

Hands-on experience in at least two or more maintenance areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC, or general building maintenance.

Strong general handyman and troubleshooting skills.

Experience working in commercial and/or residential properties.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks.

Good communication skills.

Comfortable performing physical tasks and working on ladders when required.

Must live in Orlando, FL.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Non-Negotiables

Years of hands-on, multi-trade maintenance experience.

Proven ability to independently perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple building systems.

Demonstrated experience working with at least two maintenance trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, or general building maintenance.

Local to the Orlando area with the ability to travel reliably between commercial and residential properties.

Reliable transportation are required.

Comfortable performing physical, hands-on maintenance work in both occupied commercial and residential environments.
