The Account Manager will serve as a technical support resource for clients to assist in the resolution of technical requests, involving: 3rd party integrations, in-app functionality, and feature requests.
Responsibilities:

- Identify escalation routes and provide timely information to clients
- Creatively problem solve and create strategic and reusable solutions
Skills You Must Have:
- Affinity for problem solving and crafting creative, reusable solutions
- Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Experience in MarTech/AdTech or a technical service environment not required but preferred
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent
